Return policy

The remorse period starts from the package reception and lasts 14 days. To return your product, you can log in to the following website: warranty.smarter-phone.co to generate a free transportation label. You will be asked to run a full diagnostic on your device and erase any code or iCloud/Google account on it. After having answered all the diagnostic questions, you will be able to print the return label and stick it on your package. Warning, whether you acquired a new or a refurbished device, they all must be returned without any code (unlocking code or iCloud account) and must be restored.

In case of a breakdown

For refurbished phones: Smarter warranty period lasts 6 months after the order reception. It covers all the breakdowns except if the device has strong and visible damages (i.e. a broken screen). Please protect the device you are sending us back in order to avoid any loss or discussion around your warranty coverage.

 Warning, your device must be returned without any code (unlocking code or iCloud account) and must be restored. We ask you to join an explanation letter with your device to clarify the issues you encountered. We will systematically proceed to a standard exchange of your product. Please allow at least 7 days to receive your new product.

Data policy

By logging in to Smarter websites & applications, you accept our terms and data policy. Smarter will access the following data:

  • Phone number

This data will be shared internally within the company to offer you the best service: fast shipment, manage returns, customer support, new services. Thus, your personal data, even if they are hosted in Europe (AWS Cloud), will be used internally in the USA and in Canada, where our company operates.

This personal data will never be sold or used for any suspicious matter.

As a reminder, by downloading and using the Warranty application on your Apple or Android device, you will be able to run a complete diagnostic. At the end, you will have to download and print a free* return label. Then, you accept that Smarter will have access to the following components of your device:

Smarter won't have access to any other data on your device and will only be able to check if those components are working or not.

We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our site, register on the siteplace an order and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site. Users may be asked for, as appropriate, name, email address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information,
